Dawn Patterson

Dawn Patterson is the Director of the Atlanta office of Waterloo Capital. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the private client wealth management industry, with a career built on client service, clear communication, and long-term relationships.

Before joining Waterloo Capital, Dawn served as the Director of Operations and Relationship Manager at Peachtree Financial Group. In that dual role, she oversaw the firm’s day-to-day operations while serving as a dedicated point of contact for clients, coordinating communication, onboarding, and service requests alongside the firm’s licensed advisors. She developed a reputation for her attentiveness to client needs and her ability to keep both clients and the team well supported.

As Director of the Atlanta office, Dawn leads the office’s operations, staff, and business development efforts. She provides day-to-day leadership for the team and supports the Atlanta advisors so they can focus on serving their clients, while making sure every client relationship is responsive, organized, and personal. Her experience on both the operations and client service sides of the industry gives her a clear understanding of what clients and advisors need to work well together.

Dawn believes clients feel most confident when they understand the process, and she takes pride in helping them feel informed, heard, and supported at every step. Her genuine care for the people she works with has earned their trust and resulted in relationships that span many years.

Outside the office, Dawn is committed to her community. She volunteers with her son’s PTA and football team, and supports local high school organizations focused on financial literacy, with a special interest in helping students and families prepare for college planning.
